My name is Kirk Evans, and I have served in real estate for over 20 years. My experience ranges from financing, commercial & residential development, project management, and business consulting.
In addition to being a small business owner, I assist private clients in obtaining working capital, identifying private investment strategies, and making purchasing decisions for portfolio development.
I have experience in managing complex projects and have successfully acquired, purchased, developed, and resold various types of residential and commercial property over the last 15 years. My expertise includes building value, project management, and identifying and implementing strategies to sustain growth for individuals and companies I've served.
